Is getting nano brows and microblading painful?

Everyone has a different pain tolerance but no one has had a difficult time with the pain. Some clients said it feels like a scratch. After the first pass, I put numbing cream on your eyebrows. You can also request numbing cream before I start the procedure. I want you to feel comfortable!

How long do nano brows and microblading last?

Nano brows and microblading can last 1-2 years. This also depends on your skin type. Of course, proper aftercare and touchups will make them last longer. 

How long is a nano brow or microblading appointment?

A nano brow appointment is about 3-4 hours long, and microblading is about 2 hours long. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment. 

Can I get my eyebrows done if I have previous work?

If you have previous work, I recommend tattoo removal before coming in for an eyebrow service. Your eyebrows will look much more beautiful and natural with a few removal sessions first. During your consultation, I’ll take a look at your eyebrows, and we can discuss the best plan for you.

How long is the healing process?

The healing process for nano brows is 3-4 days. The healing process for microblading is about 2 weeks. However, the healing time can vary depending on your skin type. By day 40, your eyebrows should be fully healed. 

Will my eyebrows turn blue or grey?

No! Nano brows and microblading use specialized pigmented ink designed for cosmetic use, not traditional tattoo ink. These pigments are formulated to fade into a lighter version of the original color instead of a blue, grey, or green color as tattoo inks do. 

How often do you need a touchup?

You’ll come in for your initial touchup 5-6 weeks after your first appointment to perfect your eyebrows. After that, I recommend a yearly touchup to keep your brows looking their best.

Should I wax, pluck, or clean up my eyebrows before my appointment?

No! I’m going to map and shape your eyebrows to give you the best shape for your face. The more hair the better!

Should I wear my eyebrow makeup to my appointment? 

Yes, please! I love seeing how my clients do their brow makeup.
